I love Rosetta Stone. Its a great way to learn a language. However, sometimes they have very odd unrealistic situations or some amusing images they use to teach an idea. Here are a few for your personal enjoyment.
-Der Mann steht hinter dem Baum. The man is behind the tree, looking rather creepily at us. When will they teach me the German word for stalker?
-Der Tier spricht kein Englisch. I'm pretty sure there are very few animals that do speak English. Parrots I guess... I'm pretty sure the kangaroos are still working on it.
-Man with a pom pom going to the stadium. Ummm.... yeah, as masculine as it is going to a game to cheer with your bros, I'm pretty sure that pom pom just gave you -847 man points.
-"Brauchen sie Geld?" (You need money?)I ask in my apartment as I practice my pronunciation. "JA!!" My German speaking roommate yells back to me from the kitchen.
